EVOO holds smells and flavor better than anything I’ve ever cooked with. I’ve experimented with all types of combinations. Sweet peppers, Cinnamon Sticks, Lemon Skins but when I came across this video I saw new possibilities. Extra virgin olive oil with a smoky sweet taste? I thinks Barbeques are great, out doors and cooking over a fire makes food have a unmistakeable taste and feel to them. But now it may be that I can get a similar experience by infusing my EVOO
