Baked Potatoes For the Summer, Great for BBQ’s

Hey this is Symon cooking with Club EVOO, I i found a great side to anybody’s BBQ. First you’ll need a few things 3 Large Potatoes 4 slices Cooked and Crumbled Bacon 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 minced Clove Garlic 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (I use graded Mexican Cheese ) 1/2 cup Your Favorite Barbecue Sauce 1/2 pound Pulled Pork or Tender Beef Sour cream 2 tablespoons Green Onion (for some extra spice a little hot sauce, I use tapatio)...

Vinaigrette is a fancy name for an Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Vinegar salad dressing. You can add spices or herbs to vary the taste. Some people use different types of vinegar, like rice wine vinegar or apple vinegar, or even add a dash of soy sauce or lemon or lime juice to bring out new flavors.
